dhl-bad-customYou guys must be wondering why this post has come up. Well its because, DHL haven’t come and collected the phones loaned to me by WOMWorld for trialling. This is in spite of WOMWorld placing the pick up order with them twice. I really wonder what is the problem in collecting the shipment. For the past one week now the phones have been lying packed ready for the DHL guy to come and pick it up. But neither have they called nor have they come and picked up the package.

Such unprofessionalism will not only create a bad impression in the minds of the parties regarding DHL, but it also could mean that because of this incident, I might not get handsets to trial in the future. In the event of such a thing happening, who is to blame?
