Saurabh, was it really a water problem? If not, please let me know in detail what happened, I'll see what I can do. In the mean time, why not express your anguish on Nokia discussion website.

You will have to create an account, which is free of course.

(@ Nokia, now a unified system would mean, that he could easily go to your discussions forum and not waste time in creating an account, which would only be a duplication of data that already exists in your system, think about it Nokia!)

:)
The one place where Nokia can actually get customer friendly is with their customer care!

Don't get me wrong - I love Nokia.
They make the greatest phones and I wouldn't think of getting any other phone.

However, when your phone is fine, all is well. It's when something goes wrong - you're royally screwed.

The Nokia Care centers and Priority One outlets are franchisee outlets who are there just to make money.
They refused to fix my E51 - bought 3 months ago - citing a water problem.

Pah! When asked to explain the problem, the guy had the nerve to tell me - "Sir, I run this center and we have qualified people here. If I am saying there is a water problem, it is a water problem and we will not fix it under warranty."

The biggest problem I've faced is getting in touch with someone higher up I could report this kind of behaviour to!
